Our Properties Most of our Rome accommodations are either the homes of Romans who are away for an extended period, or an under-used pied-à-terre. All our Rome lodgings are hand picked and are places where we would be happy to stay ourselves! As well as a description and photos of the property we try to give you a feel for the area, its attractions and amenities. All are close to a bus stop or métro station. All our Rome vacation rentals come with their own "mini guide" written in English and covering the neighbourhood shops, local transport, bars, restaurants and cafés. They also have a folder with brief notes on appliances, heating & hot water, security systems etc. All Rome apartments have a telephone which you can use as you wish. Most have a computer and internet access. |

Prices quoted are Euros (€s) per property per night, they are payable in Euros (€s) and include all taxes - the US$ rates shown are conversions at approximately €1 = $1.30 but please note this might not match the current conversion rate. In addition to the rent payable, for each let there is an additional charge of €100 - to cover all administrative costs and service elements. Unless otherwise stated we have a minimum stay of 5 nights, ♦ and ♦ indicate properties with a minimum stay of 3 and 4 nights, you can of course pay for the minimum number of nights but stay for fewer if you wish. If you book consecutive rentals in Rome and London or Paris the security deposit on the second rental is reduced by up to 50% - with a minimum total on the two properties of €600 (£500). Our rates are based on stays of 3 weeks or less, reductions may be possible for longer stays (over 21 nights) in some properties. Some properties may be available at short notice.
